SERAMBINEWS.COM, SUBULUSSALAM -  Sedikitnya enam warga Kota Subulussalam dilaporkan diserang penyakit demam berdarah degue (DBD) dalam kurun sebulan terakhir ini sehingga harus menjalani perawatan secara intensif di rumah sakit setempat. Kepala Puskesmas Penanggalan, dr Syarifin Usman Kombih  yang ditanyai Serambinews.com, Rabu (15/2/2012) petang tadi membenarkan adanya pasien DBD yang ditangani pihaknya.

Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Subulussalam Adri SKM membenarkan adanya laporan warga yang terserang DBD dan telah ditangani secara medis. Petugas kesehatan menurut Adri juga sudah turun melancarkan fogging atau pengasapan di kawasan yang sudah ditemukan DBD.

”Memang ada laporan warga yang terkena DBD dan sudah kami tangani termasuk fogging ek lokasi pasien terkena DBD itu,”  kata Adri.

Kabid Penanggulangan Masalah Kesehatan (PMK) Dinkes Kota Subulussalam melalui kasienya Budi yang ditanyai Serambi secara terpisah mengatakan, berdasarkan data yang diterima pihaknya jumlah penderita DBD sejak Januari mencapai enam orang
